This semester, Bon’s Eye is lucky to welcome two interns. You’ve likely already heard (read) about Julian Morris. Now we introduce you to Chase Wilson, a soon-to-be senior at Wake Forest with a degree in business, emphasis on marketing. The whole team is eager to put this Demon Deacon to work, and we know he’ll add much to the mix. Again, we asked Chase to tell us a bit about himself, in his own words. Glad to partner with you Chase!
My name is Chase Wilson. I’m a rising senior at Wake Forest University pursing a degree in Business and Enterprise Management with a specialization in marketing.
Originally from Hickory, NC, I’ve always strived to excel in everything I do. In 2011 when I was a high school junior, my family relocated to Mooresville, NC, my father’s hometown. This was a difficult transition, but it positioned me for great success, athletically and academically. Through hard work and determination, I was blessed to gain admission to Wake Forest University, my parents’ alma mater.
Admission included being offered a spot on Wake’s D1 level football team as a long snapper. I have since excelled on and off the field, having earned a varsity letter and recognition on the ACC Academic Honor Roll multiple times. In my free time, I serve as a member of a faith-based ministry that seeks to serve the local community called Athletes in Action.
In the field of marketing, I have a passion for using data to explain relationships, explore trends, and identify potential target markets for new products and services. That’s what led me to Bon’s Eye Marketing, in addition to their solid agency reputation and family-oriented atmosphere. I’m also very interested in digital marketing and how it affects various stages of product development.
Using their “Mind, Body and Voice” method of brand and message development, and my passion for data, I look forward to interning at Bon’s Eye Marketing and making significant contributions to clients and the team.
